The mesh network may have lured the populace into a false sense of security. With everything and everyone monitored 24/7 and instantaneous reactions from security drones or droids, even in a dangerous profession like Angel’s one could assume that nothing can go amiss. Of course, with a mesh jammer pumping out distortion across a 10 meter radius, all bets are off.
Angel was kind of cool. Sorry to see him go.
