Maybe the last few weeks were just the memories from a late night in the Lightstream, kind of like spending too much time browsing around on the Internet (except one hundred years later). Whoever this is, they have decided to call it quits for the night and engage their sleep program. Fortunately they will get eight hours of rest in just three and get a biological systems check at the same time. Nice.
